Relish Case Study: Broadband Launch
Relish Broadband Launch was back in June 2014 in London by UK Broadband Limited, a subsidiary of PCCW, based in Hong Kong. They required support to plan and launch the service based on the geographic coverage area.
Adroit developed detailed market & media planning for London launch. We linked together multiple data sources, and sized the potential market for both households and businesses. We sourced B2C & B2B data for prospect marketing, and ran a series of campaigns to gain awareness, enquiries and uptake of the new products. In conjunction we developed Internal Systems for analysis & planning to fit with the DBI & 4G coverage areas, and to manage regular sales & enquiry analysis. The media plan was regularly update and reviewed.
Adroit worked in collaboration with the main brand and creative agency, Soul to deliver highly targeted email & dm campaigns, and helped grow the customer base from zero point for both households and business in the original London area, and then subsequently in Swindon.
